If you’re not satisfied of your purchase, you might return the item(s) you bought for substitution or refund within 14 days from the receipt of the goods.
Return shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
Instructions for return
· Before sending any item back, it is necessary to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), sending an email to email@example.com within 14 days from the receipt of the parcel.
The email must contain the order number, the item(s) code and description and the requested compensation: size change, item change, credit coupon or refund.
As soon as the RMA request is received and information verified, Venice Factory will send the customer a confirmation email with further specific information.
· NO RETURN WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT ADVANCE EMAIL NOTICE TO firstname.lastname@example.org AND FURTHER AUTHORIZATION TO SHIP FROM US.
CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC COMMUNITY: DO NOT SEND ANYTHING BEFORE HAVING RECEIVED FROM US DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS AND DOCUMENTS TO BE INCLUDED IN THE PARCEL.

· On orders paid by Credit Card, the refund will be made either by bank wire or PayPal. The customer should choose within 10 working days from parcel return. Refund will only be made after this choice.
On orders paid with Paypal or by bank wire, the refund will be sent back to the original account, usually within 10 working days from parcel return.
Please note that the needed time for the PayPal refund to be visible in your credit card statement only depends on the bank that issued your card.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
· The security thread present on items that are returned shall not be bent or broken. They should not have been worn (only for test), washed or altered, and must not show any signs of use. The Jewels , the Trays or the Dishes should be in perfect condition and show no signs of any kind.
· Insert in the package the receipt or the invoice that you received with the items
· Each item must be returned including all the labels, packaging and accessories, (Dust bag, labels, etc.) received with the order.
· The Jewels , the Trays or the Dishes must be returned with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product and should not have been in any way damaged and / or altered, or used as a single outer packaging.
· In the event that the customer receives defective merchandise, or that errors in shipments by Venice Factory is required to follow the same instructions as above. Venice Factory reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing made for faulty goods and bear the shipping costs for the return of the goods at their premises.
· Venice Factory reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns. Acceptance of these results, however, made a charge equal to 10% of the value of goods returned.
· Venice Factory not accept returned merchandise if the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions set forth by the return policy. In these cases, the goods will be returned to the original shipping address.
EXPENSES FOR DEFECTS ANALYSIS
Repairs and replacements are absolutely free of charge for our customers.
In the event that, after the necessary verifications, the alleged defect is not found, Venice Factory will return the product to the customer applying a fee of € 25.00 + VAT as defects research and return shipping costs. This amount will be invoice and, if possible, will be collected at parcel delivery.
Therefore, please carefully check the defect(s) BEFORE requesting an RMA. Our staff is always available by email for tips and technical information that can often avoid unuseful charges and loss of time.
