All contracts entered into to purchase products through the website www.venicefactory.com and according to the procedures described above, between the seller and the customer will be governed by these Terms.
All published products are items intended primarily for not professionals.
Www.venicefactory.com automatically recognizes the Country of origin of the visitor.
Visitors from countries of the European Union (UE) will see prices Including VAT.
Visitors from Extra-UE countries will see prices excluding VAT.
To complete the purchase all Visitors must enter the Login chosen during the Registration or, for new customers, proceed with the Customer Registration.

2. Acceptance of terms of sale

d) All prices in this site shall be construed prices :
– Inclusive of VAT and Shipping cost for items shipped in the countries of the European Community (EU ) ;
– DO NOT include VAT but inclusive of shipping costs for EXTRA EU shipments.
We ship only to the countries listed in the ” Shipping” section.

5. Garantees
Under the law, this warranty on all products sold by Venice Factory and ‘for 12 months from date of purchase.
For private consumers who purchase the product for purposes NOT related to the profession, as specified in the Decree. of 02/02/2002 n. 24, it will also be a 24-month warranty is extended only to the lack of conformity of the product. a) To qualify for the warranty, the customer must keep the invoice and / or proof of purchase documents received with the purchased goods.

If, as a result of warranty, the defect is not covered by the warranty, the customer will be charged for any costs of verification and recovery, as well as transportation costs, if incurred by Venice Factory.
c) The warranty period is 24 months according to the Legislative Decree n. 24/02 applies to products that present a lack of conformity, provided it is used correctly, in accordance with its intended use and as provided in the attached technical documentation. This guarantee, in accordance with Legislative Decree no. N. 24/92, is reserved solely to the private consumer (a person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity). In case of lack of conformity, Venice Factory shall, without cost to the consumer, the restoration of conformity by repair / replacement or reduction of the price, until the termination of the contract. If, as a result of warranty, should not be a lack of conformity pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 24/02, the customer will be charged for any costs of verification and recovery, as well as transportation costs if incurred by Venice Factory .
d) In the event that for any reason Venice Factory not be able to replace a product under warranty (repaired or replaced), may proceed with the consent of the customer, the replacement of the product (if available) or with another of equal value or characteristics and, finally, the issue of a voucher for the same amount be spent on another product valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
e) No damage can be obtained from Venice Factory for any delay in repair or replacement of products under warranty.
f) In cases where the application of safeguards providing for the return of the product, the product must be returned by the Customer in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: components, parts, etc.. ..) should be avoided in any case the attachment of labels or tape directly on the product.

8. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
The contract of sale for purchases made on the site www.venicefactory.com is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be settled by the Court of Venezia, excluding the case where the ‘purchase, in accordance with the law, is made by a consumer, where there will be the competent court of residence of the consumer.
